Dr. Mather offers a variety of services to private clients. He applies the latest research from the fields of social cognition and neuroscience to management issues.

 

Management Consulting Services

Dr. Mather’s management consulting services include executive coaching and innovation in the areas of leadership, consumer behavior, marketing, employee selection, and the development of performance appraisals. He regularly assists private clients in research design and statistical analysis.

Consulting Experience

Since 1999, Dr. Mather has privately consulted for several professional and collegiate athletic teams, consulted the start-up of several companies, and consulted data analysis for private investors, banks, physicians, health care organizations, and law enforcement agencies.


He utilizes his extensive knowledge of applied social psychology and statistics to solve a variety of business problems and enhance productivity. From 2012-2014, he was the Vice President of

Development for the Hancock Consulting Group, where he developed clientele and business strategy, worked on grant development, program evaluation, and Office of Human Research Protection Federal compliance. From 1998-2000, he worked in sales at the corporate showcase store for Golf USA, Inc., in Oklahoma City, OK, and is a certified golf club fitter. He is currently a tenured Full Professor at the University of Central Oklahoma.
